  • The Website is operated by TLC Sitters.  Access to and use of the Website, and or any of it’s associated services is provided by TLC Sitters.  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.  By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms.  If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the services immediately.

  • TLC Sitters will only provide you with a refund, if they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of TLC Sitters makes a decision, at it’s absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances (Refund).

Governing Law

  • TLC Sitters exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability in connection with your use of the TLC Sitters Website and its content.  TLC Sitters are not responsible for any Loss or Damage suffered in connection with your use of the Website, its content, any interruptions, changes, suspension or termination of the Website or any events beyond our control.
  • You indemnify TLC Sitters for any Claim arising out of or in connection with any third party links, websites, apps, software, products and services; your breach of this Agreement, your breach of the law including your local laws, or your breach of the rights of a third party.
Severance
  • If any parts of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
