TLC Sitters offer a Babysitter Guarantee or your booking fee is credited to you, via a booking credit. This credit can be used for you next booking.  Please NOTE: Guarantee Void if service is booked without 3 days notice & or, if specific babysitters are requested.

To be part of the TLC Sitters team, our sitters are required to have a blue card, first aid & CPR. They are also hand picked by our TLC Sitters team.

Babysitters are paid directly on the day, you can either pay them cash at the time or use PayID. All payments are to be made before the session starts.

In the event that your sitter cancels, we will try our best to find a replacement sitter. Our sitters are required to give 48 hours notice if for some reason they are unable to attend. However life & sickness does happen & if we are unable to find another sitter, your booking fee will be refunded.

If we have the availability, then we can try and get you a same day sitter.  Weekends fill up fast so we recommend booking as soon as you know that you need a sitter.  We will always do our best to find you a sitter within the amount of time you give us, but ideally at least 3 days is perfect.

All booking fee’s are non refundable.

If a client cancels with less than three hours notice prior to the Babysitting Session, the Minimum Session Fee will be charged.  This will be invoiced to the client. *the minimum session fee, is equivalent to a 3 hour session.

If a client needs to extend the booking time of service ending, the changes need to be accepted by the sitter.

The client will need to be paid directly in 15 minute increments for the time it takes until the sitter can leave. If a client needs to extend the booking time of service ending, the changes need to be accepted by the sitter.

If you go over your booking time, sitters are to be paid in 15 minute increments.

Each job is based on the amount of hours booked, you will be expected to pay the sitter for the amount of hours booked.

If you book them for 5 hours but come home after 3 hours, you will still need to pay them for the full 5 hours.

All bookings have a minimum of 3 hours.

The latest start time for a job on any night is 8:30pm. If you require a sitter to be there from example; 10pm, we can do that but the hourly rate will start from 8:30pm.

Yes, if the sitter is available at the time of booking we will match you up.  It is important you book through TLC Sitters to request the sitter again & to abide by our terms and conditions.
