At the start of a Babysitting Session you must pay the Babysitter their fee directly, either cash or PayID

All CASUAL Bookings incur a $35 (incl G.S.T) non-refundable fee & is to be paid before you are matched up with a sitter.
We endeavour to provide you with a Professional Babysitting Service and Babysitter suitable for your time booked.
However, due to time restraints and peak periods this may not be guaranteed. We will however confirm this within a 24 hour time frame.
We will always do our best to find you a sitter within the amount of time you give us, but ideally at least
3 days is perfect.
